Who this is for
If you’re building an app, AI agent, or service where your users would benefit from a physician-reviewed letter and a prescription when appropriate, Appendix can plug in. We work with consumer health products, AI assistants, employer and membership benefits, caregiver tools, and specialty-care pathways that need a licensed prescriber on the back end.
What an integration looks like
- Your product collects the user’s history and reason for visit, then submits a structured letter to our API.
- One of our board-certified physicians personally reviews the submission and writes back with an assessment, guidance, and a prescription if medically appropriate.
- Prescriptions route to the pharmacy of the patient’s choice. You can surface status updates inside your app or hand off to an Appendix-hosted page.
- Identity verification, clinical record-keeping, and physician licensure are handled by us.
