Appendix has two tiers of availability. The Knowledge Base is free and open everywhere. Clinical services — physician review and prescriptions — require a paid subscription and are available nationwide in the U.S.
Knowledge Base — available worldwide
Our medical Knowledge Base, the conditions list, and AI-assisted drafting tools are available worldwide at no cost, regardless of where you live. No account or subscription is required to search them.
Clinical services — all 50 states and Washington, DC
Physician review and prescriptions are offered by paid subscription to residents of all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC.
Your state of residence is confirmed automatically at checkout, so there's nothing extra you need to do to confirm eligibility. Identity verification requirements vary slightly by state — in some states the ID check includes a quick selfie to match your photo ID.
