Prescribing API Pricing
Outcome-based pricing: you pay for the physician's review, priced by what the review delivered. No platform fees, no per-prescription charges. Your patient is never charged by Appendix.
How Pricing Works
One fee each time a board-certified physician completes a review. Complete reviews — where the physician established care with a prescription, clinical advice, or a lab or imaging order — and incomplete reviews are priced differently.
Nothing is charged at submission or consent, and a request your user never consents to costs nothing. Reviews draw from a prepaid credit balance with optional auto-refill. Sandbox (test key) submissions are always free.
